Brand New items 12-Month Warranty

Our customer satisfaction is what we really care about. Therefore, we aim to ensure our warranty reflects that.

All Brand-new Products include a 12-Month Warranty.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.

This does not cover products where the fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subjecting of unauthorised modifications or alterations or has been the subject of commercial use.

If your product becomes damaged or faulty within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. We will issue a full refund where a replacement is not available.

In the event of a problem with your product within the guarantee period, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue immediately.

Refurbished products 6 Months warranty

All refurbished/graded products will carry a six-month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise (e.g. Large Appliances) For the first 30 days if the item is faulty a full refund will be issued. If the item is unwanted but the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item. After the first 30 days, the item will be repaired or replaced. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return items after the initial 30 days. In the event of an item damaged in transit, we must receive notification within 48 hours of receipt. Any faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and with all relevant paperwork included to enable our warehouse staff to check and process any such item(s). If any fault described by customers cannot be replicated by our engineers or no fault is found a refund minus any postage costs will be issued.
